1. Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, our current shipping time is beween 5-7 business days.

Estimated shipping times

Belgium: 2-4 business days
North America: 7-15 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on mail carriers.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

2. Digital downloads

File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
About printable files

Printables are uneditable pdf.
All the files come with printing instructions. If you need assistance for printing we'll be happy to lead you through the process the best we can.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Due to their nature, no digital file order will be cancelled nor refunded.

Cancellations on physical items orders will be accepted within a 48 hours timeframe after order confirmation If it hasn't been processed and shipped yet!
No cancellations on pre-orders and/or mystery bundles will be accepted.

4. Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale
Pre-orders and mystery bundles
Oops bags or grab bags of any kind

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
